I have come across so many people having the same problems. But what I feel is the atmosphere in office also matters a lot in such cases. If they are forced to work in such a stressful atmosphere, they may face all those difficulties.. And over workaholic attitude also causes problems. Think that even if you are not there, everything goes as usual. But the only thing is that you have to be sincere in what you are in to. Be in love with your job, I am sure then you won’t have a feeling like this. But bear in mind that too much of everything will put you in to trouble. Yeah what you said here is right in a sense.
