In the world of blogging it doesn’t matter if you are a newbie blogger or some ultra hot shot pro blogger, it’s always cool when you come across other bloggers and create a solid network. Creating a network with other bloggers by leaving blog comments and interacting on social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook is one thing, interacting and sharing link juice is the next level of blogging.
What blogger in their right mind wouldn’t love to receive a little link juice every once and a while for something they worked hard putting together for others to read?
I try to give out my fair share of link juice or link luv as some bloggers call it, I will typically hand out plenty of Do Follow links to other bloggers and their excellent articles over the course of the week in my Sunday Smash post. I don’t spend countless hours putting together my Sunday Smash with hopes of getting backlinks from anyone else, I write the recap as a way to show my appreciation for the effort that was made by the blogger on a specific post and I also do it for any bloggers that come through here looking for blogging tips.
I am one of those bloggers that really tries to manage all aspects of my blog, doing so allows me to ensure that I don’t delete any valid comments that might be jammed up in my spam que and it also helps me recognize when other bloggers link to my articles. Over the course of the last week I really was fortunate to receive a ton of link luv from other bloggers, I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone that linked back to any of my posts or my blog and I figured this would be a great way to do it.
Every single one of the bloggers below work very hard to put together some of the best content available anywhere on the web, as you read through be sure to visit a few of the sites and be sure to drop a comment, I am sure everyone would appreciate it.
Special Thanks to the Follow Bloggers
Hashem from Cars and Limos for a giant shout out to Insane Limos in his 3 Personal Clubs on Wheels, that was really cool to see as I surfed the web through my feed reader.
Anne the blogger behind Israeli Mom was nice enough to give me a shout out in her November Post Roundup, an idea that Anne gives me credit for inspiring her to do. I really appreciate that and it’s really nice to hear the feedback, thank you for the link juice.

Lee Ka Hoong was nice enough to include me in his first ever Sunday Killer Link Luv post, a post that he credits George Serradinho and myself for inspiring him to write, be sure to stop by and check out Lee Ka Hoong’s first recap.

Ms. Freeman another cool blogger that comes through here and leaves a ton of comments was also kind enough to write an Alexa review for my blog as well as 9 other bloggers, check out 10 Quick Alexa Reviews for My Blog Buddies.

My good friend Dan over at Tycoon Blogger hooked me up with some Do Follow juice when he included my “Increase Your Blog Engage Votes” post in his Sunday’s Best Top Blog Posts Weekly Series.
James Moralde from Moralde.com gave me way too much credit for using the CommentLuv WordPress Plugin in his post DoFollow Comment Luved Finally post. As you probably guessed by now, James is running CommentLuv on his Do Follow blog. Wouldn’t it be nice to stop by and drop a comment real quick.
Karen the creative blogger that holds the fort down on Blazing Minds was nice enough to include me in her Weekly Roundup, Karen linked to my 25 WordPress Plugins You Might Dig post.
I recently made a connection with Michelle Mangen on Twitter when I retweeted her Announcing the new weekly Round Up post, I noticed that Michelle backlinked to my 10 Reasons You Should Do a Weekly Recap on Your Blog post. Michelle runs a nice blog called Your Virtual Assistant, stop by and drop a comment and be sure to let Michelle know that EJ sent ya.
Thanks again to everyone that was nice enough to include a link back to Extreme John, I really do appreciate it and hope that in return you gain some new contributors or rss subscribers from this post.
If you link to my posts and you think I might have missed you please take a moment to leave a comment and point me in the direction of the post, I am a U Comment I Follow blogger and pretty much comment on every bloggers blog that leaves comments here.

I say link love posts are great because you get to see blogs that you probably won’t see but it seems like people do link love posts way too much. It is just my opinion. Greg Ellison

@Greg Ellison, everyone has their opinion that’s for sure. I know that I prefer to see some link luv posts and be exposed to new blogs more than I enjoy reading MMO posts and the typical everyday blach.

I am a regular visitor of many of the people who leave comments on this site as well as this site itself. I do occasionally provide direct link love posts, but since I am already a full dofollow blog I provide tons of SEO linkback that way.
I do really enjoy reading the weekly roundups on Blazing Minds, iBlogZone and of course Tycoon Blogger. A tight knit bunch of bloggers here.

Thanks for another link John. You are the KING. The site is looking great by the way.
How comes sometimes that link love turns into link hate? Since I first found your blog, I thought it is was great because of 3 reasons:
1. Nice surroundings ( nice cars, nice ladies, nice people posting comments)
2. A fun place to be – people who know when it’s not the case to take it too seriously and can differentiate a good joke from “making a fool of..” have always had higher value in my eyes.
3. A blog that was rewarding comments with dofollow links. Nice.
Without trying too hard I got on the top panel of the big mouths. He he.
Now I know I was not around for a while (I got a terrible flu, I am still struggling to recover) but when I was finally able to get off my bed and crawl to my desk, one of the first things I did was to check out extreme John. I had a BIG surprise finding that all my comments have vanished.
Now THAT’s link love! Or maybe link hate? Who knows?
But in the end who cares anyway? At least now I know…
I haven’t yet done the traditional link luv type posts, although I mean too sometimes, just don’t remember. That on top of figuring a useful way to do it; most are nothing more then filler posts.
I’d rather organically link from within a post on a certain topic.

I sure would like to see my name on that list of yours John. I find your posts interesting and comment all the time, sometimes as boomerblogger, sometimes as golftrekker and other times it’s My-baby-pet.
