Now that I feel confident that I satisfied the masses and finally got the picture situation back under control here, especially for the Florida Honnies Pool Party I figured now would be a good time for an update.
Those of you wondering when, if and how the Home Theater system and Theater Room are doing I figured I would throw in a quick update. I know a shit load of you have been asking and I have been so tied up I haven’t gotten a chance to get something up about it.
Yesterday Leila the owner of The Orchidstrators came by and installed the two curtains we had put into the Theater room to make it little darker. Someone else had all kinds of idea’s for this area but much like a couple of the sports pieces in there nothing ever came of it, just talk. When I called in Leila to look into something for the window coverings for the Theater Room I had no idea she was going to come back with what she came back with. It’s a product called Daisy Cake, there aren’t any other residential homes in the United States that has any Daisy Cake installed in their home, it’ usually reserved for Vegas Hotels and Casino’s and convention halls.
The stuff that Daisy Cake puts together looks unreal when you see pictures of it and when it came to this and having it done in our house I wasn’t sure how I felt about it. Leila and her Husband put a ton of time and effort into making sure that the creation from Daisy Cake looked hot and wouldn’t make the room look like shit, god knows it already works like shit I don’t need it looking like shit too. Leila went with a design that has a movie reel going through the center of the chain with my favorite colors included, Red and Black with a little pewter in there too. I will be taking pictures of this and have them up shortly I want to make sure I get some great pictures because it really did come out amazing, thank you to Leila and everyone at the Orchidstrators for putting together such a kick ass piece! As for the Home Theater system installed and Designed by A Sound Decision…. I can go into a huge thing about this but it’s really not even worth my time anymore at this point, I will just state a couple of facts real quick. Out of twenty TV’s in my house you can watch a total of three, out of two Brighthouse cable boxes and three Direct TV DVR’s you can’t control any of them with the “Custom programmed” remotes I have, in addition you can’t watch any TV’s on the Lanai or control any of the sources. Trust me when I tell you I am putting it lightly, VERY lightly. The one thing I enjoy about this system is…. Hahahaha well NOTHING, it sucks let’s not sugar coat it, even the mere thought of attempting to watch anything brings me to a point where I want to _____ someone’s _______ h___ in, worst money I have ever spent in my entire life.
Moving forward I am excited about the amazing work that the Orchidstrators did and I look forward to the day when I can actually enjoy it and sit in the room I spent a huge amount of money on and actually use the “great looking” stuff as it was intended to be used.
