I know you’ve been pretty busy lately reading the Facebook fan page and cruising through my blog hoping to catch your next big break or better yet the next big idea that you can try to twist and make your own. I can’t help but think or at least picture that you’re standing in the background screaming, yelling and jumping up and down to try and get my attention, or at least the attention of Extreme.
Today I wanted to write this post real fast and acknowledge and congratulate you, now you have my attention. I really don’t know what you expect from me though, do you expect me to be impressed because you rename our concepts and try to bullshit your customers into thinking you’re the shit? Those traits will never impress me. Maybe you think that using tools from our toolbox against us will cause mayhem or rock the boat enough to make this problem of yours go away, it won’t.
A Rose for You Before it Goes Darque
Don’t worry it’s not the first time that another small business owner begged me for some negative attention and I doubt it will be the last, and based on the way you seem to be going about things this will be much less exciting than some of the others that have tried and failed. I will give you the same advice that I gave to those that decided copying or attacking us was a good idea, all I can hope is that you take the advice and move on. Anyway, here goes..
Focus and worry about what you are doing in your small business and stop worrying about what I am doing in mine. Be original. Challenge your mind and create your own identity.
Now with that being said please know that as a business owner I need to move forward and do what is best for the long term of Extreme, now that you started this it won’t stop until THE END. This IS what you wanted anyway isn’t it? You already know that I feel unstoppable, I am willing to take this to the end and fully intend to do just that, regardless if it’s the end for me or the end for you. Can you say the same?

Some folks just don’t get it, do they?
I find many ideas in my industry from competitors but I use these
tools in my own way that works for my business.
Many great ideas are out there be creative and tweek them to
work for you and your business.
Trying to copy is an EXTREMELY dumb way to fail.
