Already Better

Well it’s been almost a week since we had a nice change for the better at one of our salons. It never ceases to amaze me that when you get someone in a position that has Self Motivation and a Positive attitude they get so much more done than someone that just fills an empty space.

In a short period of time the location is cleaner than it has been in probably a year, there has already been a store cleaning on top of an already clean store as well as a Store Meeting. Such basic things that you would think anyone running a store would do. Thats not always the case though, there’s plenty of people that will stand in, complain  at every turn, be more than happy to slam others for their actions but never take responsability for their own actions.

It’s nice to see that things are Already Better and with a much brighter attitude.
