Ash Wholesale since you wouldn’t listen

This is going to Ash Wholesale out of New York more than it will probably hurt me, haha sorry I have always wanted to say “This is going to hurt you more than it’s going to hurt me.” The reality is that in this situation it will hurt Ash Wholesale more than it will hurt me, and you will see why pathetic customer service is a terrible idea and it’s especially a terrible idea if your selling some knock off merchandise to begin with. So to Ash Wholesale, I am soooooo sorry that you were too busy being as rude as you possibly could be, which showed exactly why I thought you guys were shady as hell with your requests. I also have the girls email address from Ash Wholesale that I spoke to because she emailed Lisa back again trying to get something going, so now when Im done posting this I can send her a link in her email and she can read all the great things I had to say about her pathetic ass shady service. I don’t plan on making this a really long rant, I have been meaning to get this one out of the post que for a little while now and didn’t want to let Ash Wholesale get away without me sending them something. So here is my something.

We have ordered merchandise from time to time from Ash Wholesale over the past three years or so and never had any issues following their posted Terms and Conditions, which state that when placing an order you must pay C.O.D for that order. Ok, no biggie. So Lisa went through the normal steps of placing an order with Ash Wholesale, the order was in the area of $4,000 or so and included various forms of merchandise. I had initially wanted to have the order overnighted or at least rushed if possible so Lisa looked for some contact information for them because the previous phone number she had on file wasn’t working. No luck finding a telephone number, no response from the email system and no order confirmation either. This wasn’t looking very promising than finally Lisa left a message on a number she located online, finally three days later Lisa recieves a phone call from some woman at Ash Wholesale.

After Lisa finished talking to the woman from Ash Wholesale she came back outside at what point I asked her if the order could be rushed, ect. Thats when Lisa informed me that the woman requested that instead of following their Payment terms that Lisa send Money Orders for the full amount prior to shipping. I personally thought that was a joke, if your going to post your Terms and not follow them yourself why would you expect me to find that anything other than Shady? I also have a hard time sending out $4,000 in Money Orders because in the event you get screwed trying to get your money back is a joke (I lived this before) not to mention how the hell am I suppose to trust sending a company $4,000 in Money orders when they have no phone support, no email support and it takes them three days to get back to you and it’s someone calling from a cell phone? Sorry I can’t, shady is shady period.

I decided to call the woman back now that Lisa had her phone number still on her cell phone caller ID, I figured I would just offer to pay for the shipping in advance with a Money order than do the rest C.O.D when the stuff arrived. Only seems fair that way she doesn’t feel screwed out of the shipping in the event we refuse the order and that way I don’t feel like I just sent some shady chick I dont know $4,000 in Money orders. From the minute I called the rude bitch back she honestly never stopped talking, not even to the point where she would even hear that I wanted to pay for the shipping up front. Instead she continued to go on and on and try to justify how they are a trusting company that takes big orders all the time but meanwhile can’t make a realistic invoicing situation for this order, nor could she justify not having a valid phone number, credit card machine or anything else.

Our phone conversation ended with me saying some not so nice comments in regards to her failure to allow me to put three words together or form a sentence so that she might understand what I was saying, than she hung up. I called the silly bitch back a few more times but she never answered, instead it went to voice mail and we ended up saving a little over $4,000 and ensured that we didn’t get ripped off. Out of nowhere about a week after the fact Lisa forwarded me an email that said the following:

SORRY LISA
WE CAN’T TAKE THE CHANCE TO SEND OUT A $3000 ORDER WITHOUT HAVE
THE MONEY IN HAND. IF YOU STILL TRUST US AND WANT CONTUNUE WORK
WITH US PLEASE MAIL THE MONEY ORDER LIKE WE AGREED BEFORE. YOU
WILL 100% FOR SURE WILL HAVE THE ORDER NEXT WEEK. WE BEEN IN

BUSINESS FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS. WE NOT GOING TO CHEAT ON $3000 .

Very convincing huh? Needless to say I wrote back a really nice detailed response with terms that make much more sense than whatever current scam they are thinking about. I never heard back and Ash Wholesale will never get $1, $3000, $4000 or any other form of money from us or our company. Better yet go eff yourself Ash Wholesale.

The fact that you would even think about ordering anything from them kind of scares me! That website looks it was thrown up in two seconds…no hacker safe info, no secure shopping cart, etc etc

I hear ya brother but due to the fact that there was a time they had a better website makes you want to continue to give them the benefit of the doubt. Im just looking forward to see if any response comes from their side when I send them the post.

The phrase “if you still trust us” should not be heard anywhere in the business world, period. Trust is earned through good will, reputations, and most of all one’s actions. I’d'a done exactly what you did.

It’s not very convincing when they say ‘if you still trust us’. They should be trying to gain your trust!

this was suppose to be my first order from ash ,i’m kind of new at this but ,i’m shakin in my boots now.is there some other wholesale that has bag like theirs at a good price?/help.lol
