Ask ABOUT Me?
Why is it that people have the urge to ask about other people? Now this goes a little deeper than that, I mean if you truly “Know” someone and you want to ask a mutual friend about that person that makes plenty of sense. I am referring to the person that really does not know you at all, has no connection based on other friends, etc.
This is the person that sees someone that DOES actually know you and decides they are going to try and leech on to that person to poke and prod and find out shit about you that has nothing to do with them. More importantly that person is typically someone that you would NOT want to know anything about you because you have no true personal connection to them. And again, let me stress if someone truly knows someone and wants to ask someone that knows both parties involved about the other person, than so be it thats more than fair.
So what is it? What is it that makes that person think, “Let me ask so and so about what _______ is working on?” and the questions go on and on. What makes this person think that for some reason they should know any of the answers to any of the nosey ass questions they are asking.
Recently one of the many nosey girls I seem to have around has continued asking all kinds of questions that simply are NOT any of their business nor deal with anything that she ever would have to deal with. I’m more than certain this person, let’s give her a name…. “Nosey Nellie” reads my blog, so maybe she will get it. All though I really can’t understand how someone doesn’t already or automatically get it and they need to be either blatantly told or shown in a round about way that, honestly….. Stop being such a Nosey Nellie, it’s not like we were ever friends, it’s not like we hang out, it’s not like we have any mutual friends or some other long term connection. I don’t ask people about what your doing, mainly because I really don’t give a shit what your doing. Why? Like I said above, not friends, never were, don’t hang out and no connection. Figure out a way to make your own life more amazing and don;t worry about what I am doing.
