Hey there! Looks pretty good, but needs some color, you might try some salsa with this, it’s a chunky tomato topping or dipping sauce in a jar. Check it out.

John, thanks for sharing! Wow, those nachos sound like a meal! I do something similar to one of the comments above. I like to mix ground bison (more protein and less fat) with black beans. It tastes terrific! I’m going to try your meaty recipe the next time I have “the guys” over.
