Bulldog puppies update
It’s been a little while since I posted pictures of the ever growing English bulldog puppies that joined our family not to long ago. We initially had four of them until about two weeks ago when we had to give Carter to MK because Carter and Abe would not stop fighting.
At this point in the game Abe is still the big man on campus, I call him “King Abe” amongst other names, but if you saw Abe up close you would know exactly why he is King Abe. Abe is still very dominant and one of his favorite things to do is take whatever chew toy or whatever from Reagen and Kennedy and than taunt them with it. When Abe first came home from the trainers he was excited as if to say, “God I missed you guys!!!” He ran around like a psycho play fighting with Kennedy non stop, and I mean NON STOP. Abe is doing well and his training is a little better than it was before he went to All American Dog Training the second time. I say that because he is still very hard headed when it comes to certain commands which is a pain when you have 3 of them and one doesn’t listen the others usually don’t either. Abe also has some weird smile which you can see him kinda doing here, usually he’s grillin a little bit more.
Reagen is still by far the smartest of all of the bulldog puppies, he loves cheese and loves when you yell ,”Where’s the puppies? There’s the puppies!” and will come running to wherever you are. He is still very sensitive and gets stressed out easily, he is the most loving of all of the puppies as well. Reagen is the most well behaved and can rarely be seen doing anything wrong. He seems upset that Abe is back and I attribute that to Kennedy and Reagen hanging out non stop while Carter and Abe were away at Dog Training school, I think he misses his one on one with Kennedy. Reagen knows how to swim to the entry way to the pool and his giant paws make it easy for him to get there. You cant let him pull too hard on his leash because he will throw up, not sure if it’s because he panics or because he chokes himself out.
Kennedy is now the biggest of all three of the puppies topping the scale out at 26lbs. Kennedy recently had eye surgery to correct the issue’s you see in the picture with her “Cherry Eyes”. Kennedy LOVES the theater room trash can and will race you to it every time to see if she can find any scraps. Kennedy is “Trouble” because she is constantly looking for something and when I say looking for something, I mean it… She goes out of her way to Ind. Things to try and destroy with her huge mouth. She’s mega lazy if she isnt trying to destroy something, dig holes in the backyard, race for the trash can or lounging on the Lanai you can find Kennedy laying around doing nothing. Oh yeah she thinks she’s a princess and when she’s in trouble she will just turn to dead weight and lay there to show you she’s annoyed with you.
