This article covers a number of ways that you can find out if you are a leader including: You do all the work, You do all the work and You criticize more than you collaborate.

Next up this evening: How to Get Out Of Your Own Way as an Entrepreneur. This article covers how you can get out of your own way in an audio interview format and is a definite must listen for any small business owner!

Finally this evening: Can A Startup Store Change The Retail Business? The idea of this article is great and I have to say it’s an idea i’ll be following for a while. What do you think about the idea of a store that rotates new startup products for customers to look through and purchase?

My wall in my office is looking a little bare, I have a spot for my 2012 calendar but have not seen it available yet. ET&S bottle models.

It’s not going to happen. I’m not satisfied with each of the models in the calendar and the mix along with our products.
