Building a Successful Business

First up this morning: 6 Steps to Successful Blogging. Everyone and their mother wants to know what it takes to be a successful blogger, in fact each and every week I get a ton of e-mails asking how bloggers can be more successful with their new blogs. I try my best to help each and every one who asks me questions but I am a firm believer in “teaching a man to fish.” With that said there are a number of articles out there designed to help bloggers get the most out of their blogging experience including this one. This article covers six steps that you can take towards becoming a more successful blogger including: setting up listening posts and logging your customer’s questions.

Next up this morning: Do You Master the One Non-Negotiable Skill of a Successful Entrepreneur? This article caught my attention like any article that has “the answers”. So what is the one “non-negotiable skill” a successful entrepreneur should have? The ability to deal with uncertainty. I wasn’t sure that i’d buy this one skill deal but when I read  the article I have to say that I completely agree. As a small business owner there is nothing I have had to cope with more than uncertainty. How about you?

Also in news this morning: 7 Ways To Get More Value From Your Values. As a small business owner getting the most value from my values is a huge factor is getting the most out of my business. This article covers seven ways that you can reflect the value of your business “values” including: discovering what your company values are, recruiting and hiring based on your values and training employees based on your values.

Last up this morning: Apple iPhone 5 Launch: Here’s What to Expect. You know by now that I just can’t wait for the launch of the new iPhone, I am an Apple nut and I really want to see what they’re going to do this time around. This article covers what you should expect from the new iPhone launch including: the potential of a rounded back, a bigger screen, a better camera and a much more slender width.

Parting Shots

My favorite article from this morning is the non-negotiable skill every entrepreneur should possess. I was skeptical when I read the title of this article but I have to agree with the fact that every small business owner should be prepared to handle uncertainty.

I’m also looking forward to the new apple iphone. I’m currently on the 3GS so ready for an upgrade. Can’t wait to see what exactly it looks like.

I’m excited for this version of the iPhone too. Might be time to put the Droid to rest, gets slow too quick.

” 6 Steps to Successful Blogging ” is valuable article to start good online business but for online business endurance is required

My wife dropped and broke her iphone a week ago. It was such terrible timing! So, right now we are holding it together with duct tape and a prayer and hoping it lasts through to next week so we can update when the new one comes out.

Thanks for the suggestions on the other articles too. I really enjoy reading all the tips!

Nice article about the iphone 5, I cant wait to get my hands on one, I always try to keep a bit upto date with the latest phones although they come out so fast its impossible, and so many people who do get the latest phones just use them for phone calls and texts. why. lol

The link to junta leads you to nice information. Thanks for digging out this post @ John

Many of these tips can be applied to blogs such as mine which are not business oriented, as well. As for the non-negotiable skill of coping with uncertainty, that can be applied to many other aspects of life, especially in such an uncertain economy as we have right now.

To deal with uncertainty, taking risks. It really happens when one is going to enter entrepreneurship. Patience is important too.

Yeah, I’m still using the first generation Google phone, so I am definately ready for a change!

When I decided to work as internet marketer everything was uncertain, I am not really sure if my first client will pay me or not or if I can really earn working online. But then I took the risk and I am happy that I did.

There are no rewards without risk Noel.
