Thanks for the link on managing bad reviews. Every customer can post bad reviews all over with social media etc. I’m definitely always anxious about how to keep track of it all, and what to do to deal with the bad reviews.

This is because Alexa determines a site’s ranking based mainly on how many users of its free toolbar visit a site and not total traffic overall, though Alexa claims to use other sources as well..

Haven’t had to deal with negative business reviews….but I have had to deal with negative comments on my blog. Tough to take the high road sometimes.

I tend to get more frustrated with positive reviews online…seeing competitors that have ‘outsourced’ creating and submitting positive reviews of their business. Disingenuous BS.
