First up this morning: 8 Ways to Offer Better Customer Service on Facebook. Facebook is a great method for promoting your business and getting exposure to new groups of potential clients. Facebook can also be a customer service nightmare if you don’t have someone that can represent your company on your Facebook page regularly. This piece covers a number of ways that your business can offer better customer service via Facebook including: outsource, crowdsource and transparent humans.
Also in news this morning: How to Build the Stamina You Need As An Entrepreneur. This is a video piece from Entrepreneur.com and is worth taking the time to watch if you have a few minutes. As an entrepreneur myself I can’t begin to tell you the importance of stamina and this video captures it perfectly.
Next up this morning: Add These Plants to Your Apartment, Office, or Other Small Space for Fresh-Smelling Air, Naturally. There are a lot of benefits to having plants in your home and office and when I saw this article I wanted to share because I found it pretty interesting. Just watch out for some of those flowering plants if any of your employees have allergies!
Finally this morning: The 7 Bad Habits of Insanely Productive People. Being productive – even insanely productive, doesn’t mean that you don’t have a few bad habits! This article covers a number of bad habits of some of the most productive people out there including: being thin skinned, flakiness and selfishness.
My favorite article this morning is the last article on bad habits of productive people. I find it intriguing that some of the most productive people out there still have some of these “bad habits”.
