Celebrating 7 Months

by Extreme John on October 15, 2008 |

I was sitting around today and thinking, “Wow it’s already October 15th, Holy shit!” The year has really blown by, im not sure if it’s when your older the time seems to really get away from you or if it’s simply because Im busy doing multiple things. It was no surprise that once I realized that today was October 15, 2008 that it reminded me of a very special Anniversary and it reminded me that I should celebrate that Anniversary every month so that I will never forget just how special of a time that was.

Would you use a company that someone you know had a poor experience with?

You see, it was 7 months ago today that I sat down at the offices of A Sound Decision with the owners to discuss adding a Theater Room along with an upgrade, custom wiring and custom programing to my existing A Sound Decision installed system. I remember it like it was yesterday, it was going to be the best system, with the latest features like Apple TV and I would finally have complete control over the components installed in my house and the TV’s they would be on. Best part of the entire meeting was when the time line I was given was “4 Weeks”, now trust me I know contractors and builders and whatever else, I deal with them all of the time and when they say “4 weeks” it usually means “6 weeks”. God I couldn’t wait, so excited to see how amazing this was going to be when it was done.

I won’t go into too many more details since most of you that read my blog already know the complete bullshit my Family and I have been through with this audio and video system. To be honest I don’t even really need to say much about this situation at all, shit if I am “Celebrating 7 Months” than a monkey could guess what part I am going to say next and that monkey would know that I am right. It’s been 7 months now and I still sit here watching basic cable on the majority of my Tv’s, sucks too because before A Sound Decision came in to do this install my Basic Cable in the house worked great now 80% of the basic cable channels don’t even come in (just another one of those ignored issues), the sweet ass HD6′s and additional components I was urged to buy I still can’t even use or access on most of the Tv’s in my house. Seven months later and im still writing about the same shit I wrote about last month, the month before and on and on… you get the point.

Have a great day kiddies see you tomorrow.
