Buffer Pin It Clearwater Pet Store Review

I really can’t believe it’s Sunday already I swear the weeks and months of 2010 are going by faster then 2009 and I didn’t really think that was possible until now, well either way…. Happy Sunday. Chances are most of you didn’t come here with the hopes of reading about how fast I think the year is going, so I might as well get down to the post topic for today, a good old fashion Pet Store review.

Initially I planned on writing a “Thank You” type of post instead of writing a review when it came to this post, mainly because Safari Dave from Pet Safari was nice enough to watch Turtle our Senegal Parrot while we took a short vacation to Orlando Florida. The more I thought about it I realized that the main reason we continued to go to Pet Safari for everything pet related is because of the service, sure the prices are great and the selection is exactly where it needs to be but the customer service is king to me and Pet Safari’s customer service is amazing.

Clearwater Pet Store

If you live in the Clearwater Florida and your looking for the best pet supplies at the best prices with unmatched service I would suggest checking out Pet Safari, tell Dave and company that Extreme John sent ya.

Customer service is key. Interacting with customers is the way to go in today’s world. Do you carry sharks by chance?

@Anthony @ Bounce House Rental, your exactly right Anthony, I bet in your business it’s the same thing. You can’t show up with a bounce house and treat people like crap, the call backs would be pretty limited Im sure.

Pet Safari does not sell sharks btw.

@Extreme John, oh bummer! I was looking to get one for a dunk tank. It would make it a lot more entertaining when someone falls in.

John, I don’t know what it is, but I keep reading about customer service. I was recently talking with someone about how terrible the product was, but how amazing the service was and it really made up for it. “customer service is king” – you’re absolutely right my friend!

@Alex Monroe, I guess we are a lot alike in the fact that even if the product isn’t that great, if the service more then makes up for it I will continue to go back. Says a lot for just how important customer service is.

Yeah, everybody mouths off about what terrible service they got then clam up when its good. I say tell them how good they are with your tip amount! those Limo drivers know all about customer service eh John?

@Dick, hey Dick how are you? Tips are a great way to show appreciation, or even a thank you. In todays day and age it’s become so much easier to just bitch and complain about stuff that no one points out the good anymore, well I wouldn’t say “no one”.

As for limo drivers, yes…. our Chauffeurs, no because they don’t get tips. Well not in the traditional sense, unlike most limo companies we don’t charge the customer an automatic gratuity fee, it is completely their choice to leave a gratuity, however we start our drivers out at about $8 more per hour than your average limousine business. Not to mention all of our staff is in-house, never shared drivers, etc.

Lucky you to get to take to Orlando…. Anyway, nice review. Customer service is king and I’m glad you put a premium on it and even more important, Pet Safari does. I, like you, tend to do business with those merchants that have respectable customer service.

It’s good to see Pet Safari is doing it right. Hopefully the business continues to grow. Dave seemed like a pretty cool guy in the video you shot a while back. Keep up the good work, Dave.
