Extreme Tan and Smoothies will be celebrating our 4th Birthday THIS SATURDAY April 19, 2008.
What better way is there to celebrate than to do something Extreme! Below you will see 2 of the specials we will be offering at all locations THIS SATURDAY April 19th. We will also have Alli “That Girl” from WIld 98.7 out at our Clearwater North (Belcher, Rd.) location from Noon until 2pm, Wild will also be giving away Extreme Tan and Smoothies Gift Cards as well as other Wild merchandise. Specials will only be offered on Saturday, and they will not be extended. All locations are open from 9am-9pm on Saturday April 19th.

Four years just proves that you were made for this business. Only the strong survive? I say it’s the smart and the hard working. And you are not slowing down.
You run such great and insane specials on your indoor tanning that I am surprised that you have any competition left. I mean, $4 for 1 month tanning. Wow, how can you do that? I am glad I am not your competition!
