From one moron to another

Might have properly been titled “From one moron to another moron, an idiot and a once good friend” but that would have been too long, or maybe something like “From one schmuck to another”, or something like “Read the whole thing before you run your mouth” or “don’t believe everything you hear and only half of what you see” or even a “Move on… Really… Move the fu*k on.” figured I would be original and keep the title short… I will address a few different issues and people with this post, it’s fuc*in dumb as hell that I even need to address this bulls*t, but the squeaky wheel gets the grease so here goes. Every single time I write something on my blog and someone makes a comment, sends an email, mouths off or creates a post on some forum explaining how upset they are… It makes me wonder. Just recently I wrote a post called Business Lesson: Burning Bridges is Bad. The world is a pretty small place so just today I receive this message:

Here is what Un4given (forum name used) had to say:

It is truly amazing how fucked up some peoples thinking is.

I was talking to a guy I used to work with and he was telling me
how the guy who owned the company we worked for
was spewing all kinds of shit and bloging about how
he was ripped off by people.

Sure enough, I check it out and the clueless moron is rambling
about how people stole from him and all.

What makes it so fucked up is that this same smuck stole millions
of dollars from people in this business.

So I guess in his mind it isn’t stealing when he does it, WTF?

So I head over to check out the special writing that one fine fella might have taken time to spew on the great wall over at MP. Good people over there btw. Now what makes this funny is not the fact that someone took the time to write something nasty about me, it’s life. In business you make some great true friends and sometimes the cookie doesn’t crumble that way and people don’t match up. No biggie, I never had a problem with that, all though some people do. People don’t match in business so they move on, seems simple. What was funny about this particular person coming out of the woodwork and taking the time to write something so kind is that in all honesty, I haven’t dealt with this person in YEARS… Not days, not weeks… Years…. Why the fuck would I write about that person now?

Here is one more apology to the person all fired up….. I apologize that you still feel the need to be concerned or comment on anything that I might be doing. I wish you the best and hope you find whatever strength you need to move on, it’s been a long time and I can assure you I have certainly moved on.  I also never thought you stole anything from me, as a matter of fact I find it pretty pretty sad that you or any of you for that matter, think I would choose to make something like that up about YOU, especially after all these years. I mean it’s been like three hasn’t it? I might not like you and you might not like me but Im hardly the lowlife piece of shi* that would make false statements about people, something I thought each of you would have a clue about…. Guess I was wrong.  You also have to remember “Un4given” I write about a lot of shit on my blog, mental thoughts, mental breakdowns, experiences with true friends, experiences with marketers, business people, radio people, service people….. all kinds of people which means the chances of me writing about you at this point is not something even worth the time. I spend my time writing about current shit, so unless your an 18 year old girl than no the post wasn’t about you, sorry Un4givin…..  your ASSumption couldn’t be more incorrect. I have forgave and forgotten a LOOOOOOOOONG TIME AGO. You should do the same, it’s a much happier place to be.

Now since we are playing a little game with some recent descenders moving on and getting old time descenders upset with shit that has nothing to do with them I figured I might as well hit on a few more points. I will keep them brief and I will use the time to point out some facts and these facts ARE aimed at the person that made the post as well as any of the two shit heads that might have gotten him on the rag in the first place.

1) Seriously guys. I wish you the best of luck but don’t try using my name in any way to better yourself or jump start whatever it is that your working on. This time you guys will actually have to prove you can do it.

2) Notice how many responses there are to the two previous posts you have made. In the event you have not seen the count, here it is. 0 – As in Zero. You have to be relevant before you start throwing stones at people. Your program as well as your presence in the industry are irrelevant, change that with honest hard work instead of making posts that no one gives a shit about.

3) Some of you I asked to work for me, some of you came to work for me. ALL of you agreed to the terms of your hire, some always felt they deserved more money (even when they didn’t), some never complained.. Either way it was a MUTUAL business decision, no one forced you to stay and work just like no one forced anyone to cash their paycheck. Sounds pretty simple, move on.

4) Read up on the word Defamation and clearly understand that the same idiot that told the true moron about one of my blog posts is the same idiot that is telling others he told YOU about the blog post. Which is what caused you to make your statement, which you did btw without reading my entire blog post. Had you read it, you would have had more of a clue about what I said and realized it couldn’t possibly have been you I was talking about. Now if you want to know what I would say in a blog post about you, look below that way there is no confusion the next time I write a blog post and the blind elephant wants to run screaming to you, you will understand that in fact it wasn’t about you and save yourself from making “smuck” comments about a “moron” when in fact you were yappin about bullshit that has nothing to do with you, kinda moronic.

5) Let’s be clear about number five. There is not a single one of you that I owe a single thing to, not $1, not one hug, not one tear, not even a thought. You worked for one of my business’s,  and for some of you for a short period we were friends and others for a longer period. Sooner or later you really must move on, each of you had your chance to discuss, make comments, question or whatever else and instead you choose to shoot bullshit filled emails, run to icq like kids or simply tell others that something has you bent. None of those things show any proffesionalism or great effort in resolving anything, however they are great Bridge Burning tactics. At this point, move on. Again not relevant.

Now so we are clear on any future posts and what I might say about any of you I took the time to address each of you directly, that way instead of ASSuming you know who Im talking about.

J__ – I moved on. I dont ask about you and what your doing, because I really don’t give a shit. Y I think the way you left the company was bullshit WAY BACK THAN just like I thought it was bullshit when you left a week before Vegas, however it doesn’t matter to me now because like I said I don’t give a shit. I think the way you shot out a few emails running your mouth way back than and never had the decency do address things in a professional MATURE manor was also complete bullshit. I think the way you use to bitch and complain about all your co workers was bullshit too, especially since you played games and fuc*ed around just like everyone did. Hey like you said though, “It’s different when he does it” right? I think instead of spinning your wheels and jumping on forums where your not relevant and your program isn’t relevant yet and attacking people based on reading one line is also pretty sad. Now to touch base on the “Millions I stole”, that statement right there shows your true lack of knowledge of even the very programs you were involved in, instead of coming out and making some bullshit comments to a bunch of people who could give less than two shits about you perhaps you might take the time to address the MILLIONS paid out to that industry…. By my programs? Or perhaps discuss the kitchens that people remodeled or the cars that people bought or the generators and paid weeks off, trips to Vegas, Antigua and wherever else you can talk about that I added to the industry? Dont wanna talk about those cruises or those trips to MMA events or even the Playboy Mansion parties or Ice parties that were added to the business, do ya? How’s this I will put it plain and simple, before you want to try to rip someone in that industry with defamatory comments and info maybe you should accomplish 1/5 of the things I did in that business than run your mouth.  I don’t wish you Ill nor wish anything, I don’t think about when you worked here and I don’t think about you not working here now.  If anything I will prey that you can find whatever it is that your looking for in life and be the bigger person YET AGAIN, have a good life.

S_____ – Before the leech starts pointing out things on my blog that he wants to get you to believe are about you, I will tell you exactly what I am thinking. I think it sucks man, I think it sucks that after all of these years your commitment to a little girl means shit to you… Thats fuckin sad. I resent the fact that I put you in that position in regards to that little girl, maybe one of my biggest mistakes. Maybe someday I will eat those words and you will find whatever manhood you need to find to stick to your promise to that little girl, until than sorry I have no personal respect for your handling of that situation. Forgetting your “friends” and people that care about you, because of a chick or someone else’s beliefs is one thing…. Forgetting someone very small that never did a fuc*in thing to you except love you and that held you very special to them for the reasons above is beyond fucking gross to me. At some point in your life you will realize you missed out on someone very innocent and special in your life, and for no good reason. In business and in life I wish you luck, and in your new project I would have been the guy to offer some advice some kind words, and instead now I hope and prey that you see the challenge in front of you for what it’s really worth.

R____ – Out of all the people that have worked for me  and I have had the pleasure to meet over the past 10 years of my life, you really are an amazing one. The fact is a part of what I wrote in this post was about you, and before you get your panties all tied up and start running your fuckin trap please realize the part about stealing was NOT about you either. However the parts about Burning Bridges and being a Backstabber were about you and in all honesty you know god damn well they should have been about you. Let’s face it, the first time you worked for me when our time came to go seperate ways…. You ran your mouth, you helped people like Effin Attraction get fired up meanwhile you never sparred one fact or the truth. Than when you came back to me looking to come back to work, I brought your ass back. Than after doing so I was more than patient with a few situations and yet again when it was time to go our seperate ways, you decide to make some dumb fuck post about your new company and who your working with and than also use the chance to throw stones at me AGAIN…. Yeah the  guy that helped your ass out of a a few pretty shitty binds, thats how you say thank you. THAN ON TOP OF THAT when I write you about the post, ask you if it was really called for and explained to you how unprofessional I thought you were in that post you write me back this big appology (I can post that too if you want) about how I took it wrong and whatever else… THAN you go and run and tell someone that something I wrote on my blog was about them, and that I said they stole from the company. Another great thank you. Sorry bro you really are an unappreciative Baboon ass. Instead of being so focused on what Im doing and getting people all fired up about shit that doesn’t involve them, why don’t you put all that time and energy into the big Giant, best ever program your going to build from the ground up because you single handidly built every other program on the planet too. For you bro, seriously move the fuck on get relevent, get your program relevent than worry about bashing me. You would think at some point that you would realize it was single handidly YOUR ACTIONS that caused me to write the Burning Bridges post, and after admitting you were wrong maybe shutting your mouth and moving on would have been a better game plan. Another quick life lesson, it can’t always be all of your employers fault… Sooner or later you gotta look in the mirror. I moved on after your first bitch move, than moved on after your second bitch move…. If your trying to get my attention your doing a good job, it’s just too bad that when you finally get it, it won’t be attention you will want. Move on.

For those of you that read my blog daily I appologize for getting side tracked on this three year old petty bullshit. To the Business owners out there running Small or Medium size Business’s now you know exactly why I say hiring friends or family is a big fuc*in mistake.
