Wow! I hope that never happens to me I always thought that running outside can be more dangerous than running on treadmills (you may be ran over by a irresponsible drivers or dogs can chase you). But only now I realize running on treadmills can also be dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing..

Holy cow! These types of videos always make me paranoid when running on the treadmills at the gym…nobody wants to be the guy face planting in the treadmill. Although I would never try running on my hands!

That first was the funniest thing I have seen in a while. Glad no one was hurt although it looks like she will have a good old raspberry on the leg for a while. Reminds me when I was a kid playing with my sister on an exercise bike. She thought it would be funny to pull down on the handle bars while I was riding. Needless to say, I wasn’t ready and caught the bar right in the ****.

The guy in the second video is absolutely crazy. Despite deep thinking I am not able to understand what his intentions were? As far as I know he is the only person in the world to use hands on a treadmill running at more than 15 kms/hr.
