On April 4, 2004 Extreme Tan and Smoothies opened it’s first tanning salon location, a 1750 sq.ft indoor tanning salon in Largo Florida on the corner of Walsingham Rd. and Indian Rocks Rd. Within a few short days the first Extreme location was living up to it’s name, with industry changing lower prices and contract free tanning options indoor tanning customers packed the location from open to close.
That little tanning salon in Largo Florida has now spun off into a family owned and operated chain of six indoor tanning salons serving Pinellas County and #Tampa Florida. Extreme Tan and Smoothies is now the leading provider of indoor tanning bed services, tanning booth services, sunless spray tanning and mobile airbrush tanning services with over 750,000 satisfied customers.
