Happy New Year 2010

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I know that right about now there’s a few of you that are reading this and your head is pounding from all of the shots that you swore that you wouldn’t do, there’s a good chance some of you might be taking breaks as you read this post to heave into the trash can next to your desk. There might be a good chance that I am feeling the same exact way that you are feeling right about now, but I will be damned if that’s going to stop me from getting a Happy New Year post up…. Hung over like a mug or not there’s no stopping me, life is full of challenges and all kinds of things that people love to move forward and past as they move into the new year, it’s healthy and it’s a great way to move forward.

This year for New Years Eve we had a laid back “Green Party”, at first when people heard about the “Green New Years Eve Party” they instantly think about Going Green to save the planet. Our New Years Eve 2010 Green Party had nothing to do with “Going Green” or saving the planet, in 2009 our indoor tanning salon chain started Going Green, the Green party on the other hand was all about MONEY and making more of it. A healthy way to kick off the New Year with positive thinking about moving past the crappy economy that has been hanging around for way too long at this point, think money and success in 2010.

Now that the door has closed on 2009 it’s time to move forward, that will be one of my largest commitments moving in to 2010. In 2009 I had my fair share of sideshow battles on the Extreme John blog with plenty of losers who would swear to you that I don’t even exist, they would swear to you that they never read my blog and they also swear that no one else does either.

At this point they can swear as much as they want, the numbers are in on the Extreme John blog and thanks to all of you this place is an excellent community, a community that stretches WORLD WIDE and a community that allows you to be yourself. You have taken Extreme John.com well into the top 10,000 websites in the United States and one of the top 25,000 world wide based on Alexa rankings. I’m not taking credit for any of that because anyone with any common sense knows that you can write and write all you want, without readers and all of you that are nice enough to contribute here on a daily basis this place would truly suck.

Thank you for an amazing 2009, now the door on 2009 has closed. Let’s move forward.

Instead of writing a huge list post of goals for 2010 and a bunch of mushy crap I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU for making Extreme John.com such a huge success in 2009. I can assure you that the Extreme John of 2010 is a different version than you have seen before, here’s a few of my thoughts as I move forward into 2010.

Happy New Year and I hope the 3 day weekend is enough for you to recover from that nasty hangover that we talked about when you first started reading this post. If your not too busy heaving in the trash can take a second to leave a comment with some of your goals for 2010.
