@Hesham, I personally like Selective Twitter Status for that reason. You can choose which tweets go to Facebook by adding a #fb at the end of the tweet. The downside is that you are losing 4 characters of your tweet to the hashtag, but the upside is your Facebook friends don't have to read all of your Follow Friday recommendations and other very Twitter specific memes.
