I know you want me
Calm down before you get your hopes up thinking you will have the chance to say “Not really”, it’s the name of a song and it hit me pretty funny because my old My Space page title was “You know you want to touch it” and I thought they had some kind of connection. Maybe it’s not that funny but overall to me it was, not to mention it gives me a good starting foundation for tonights post so here goes.
A couple of nights ago I wrote about my meeting with Topp and Goody from Blacc Wolf Cartel, in that blog post I also put a link up to the song “Extreme… The Life” that they had created for the Florida Honnies CD that they worked on for a friend of mine.
I mentioned that I would be posting more songs from the CD over the next few days or weeks or whatever, that time has come an I would like to release another song off of the album for the first time ANYWHERE, right here on Extreme John. My choice for song release comes based on the fact that I really like this song and find it stuck in my head all the time, the chorus “Hook” on this song is lethal and will stick with the best of them. I also really like how Topp flips the “Florida’s Finest Honnies, Florida’s Honnies Finest, Queen of the Silver Screen call her your royal highness”, good stuff right there and Young Goody kills me with this line, he knows what it’s all about…. WOOOT! “You don’t wanna face this your memberships been canceled go ahead and do it long term to hear your answers”
Pass this song on, download it, give it to your friends, your friends momma, the filthy bitch down the street and that guy you once did that thing with that one time that you pretend to regret but really love.
