Ok maybe not InSaNe, but the dump got a little face lift over the weekend thanks to Lace and Dawn making it happen so quickly, I needed colors that fit me better. As some of you might remember I hated the design that Zuzana Designs did for the site about a year ago, it was a design that took two months longer than it should have and wasn’t completed when I got it. That situation reminded me a lot of this situation, just not as bad. Once we had the new design in place it didn’t take Lace and myself very long to start making changes to it, before I knew it I was knee deep in CSS changing the look of the site while Lace was working on the header color changes.

Most of you that have been visiting as of late have seen the new light blue theme that I had incorporated here, the only problem with the light blue soft on the eyes theme was that it didn’t fit me. My favorite color is not blue and in most cases I don’t even like the color blue, for some reason I was able to deal with it for a while, that time has passed. I needed to get back to my roots and get the red and black back in the site the way I like it, Im also not a soft frilly fluffy kinda guy, I like the raw look of things better and I think the new theme does a good job of showing that side of me.

Insane Limos presents “Andre” the Ford F-650 Monster Limo
The new design is really not that much different aside from the hyperlink colors and the overall header design, I even left the Pink Hummer limo picture in the footer even though I am pretty much over it. I do like how Dawn was able to grab a clear screen shot from the Insane Limos Straight Jacket commercial shoot and use it in the header, the straight jacket matches how I feel right about now which probably goes hand in hand with wanting the color change.
Oh yeah before I get out of here I want to say thanks to everyone that visited the blog on Saturday morning, it pushed the Extreme John blog over 300,000 visitors since it has opened,. Even though I’m not a big fan of red
it actually looks good in the combination that you made with black and gray. Red should always be used as an accent color when decorating. Anyways I really like it.

@Karine (the pink gal) I like red, specifically with black not sure if I care for it with any other colors though. We have Black, Red and Silver in “Andre” the Ford F-650 in the video above but that of course has a lot to do with the Bucs colors.
