		<description>I have a hard time shutting down at times. I know it&#039;s bad but I will sometimes eat a scoop of ice cream and that calms me down enough to try to sleep. I usually try to get 6 hours, but if I am working, then it&#039;s usually about 4 hours. And then I am tired the next day. I guess I am a slow learner.

Give that a try and let me know how it works out.</description>

		<description>I have suffered from insomnia my entire life. I was recently told about a natural sleep aid called Melatonin. You can get them in pill form. You can see info on melatonin here:

I tried it and I had the first night sleep in almost 30 years. I did not feel tired in the morning. I should note that I took it after drinking alcohol once and it didn&#039;t have a good effect. So I would recommend not taking it if you drank a little earlier.  Other than that though I&#039;m going to buy myself some. What I had was a sample and its been working like a charm its awesome.

I sleep better after I QUIT....lol

I have no cure for you bro but one thing I know, I sleep well after a heavy dinner. Take my dinner around 8.00pm and I should be very sleeepy by 12.00am... and I will try to stick to the pattern ...and wakes up at 6.00am - DAILY.
