On April 4, 2004 the very first Extreme Tan and Smoothies opened it’s doors in Largo Florida, within a few days the Largo Extreme Tan and Smoothies was packed with indoor tanning clients from all over Pinellas County.

@safaridave, my mom’s birthday ;) Everything I do has a reason behind it.
I love to tan… especially in the winter time to beat the winter blues. I go about once a week, just to keep from getting pasty white. Spray tans obviously don’t have as many health risks as the beds do, but I think they tend to look fake, so I like going to a tanning bed better. It’s not scary at all..
Your tanning salon certainly looks the part and it is a credit to you and your staff to have remained so successful in difficult economic times.
