Michael hired him to take care of him. It is not MJ's job to give himself the meds he needs, but the doctors job. And if the doctor knew what he was doing, he would have given him just what he needed, not an amount to kill him!! He should know the lethal doses and combos. He got paid quite alot I am sure!
