This article title actually has a nice little ring to it, all though the name seems a little long for a museum according to a recent report from TMZ the current owners of the Neverland Ranch have no plans of what they will do with the property, one of the rumors is to turn it into some sort of museum dedicated to Pop Icon Michael Jackson.
Ever since Michael Jackson passed away on Friday June 25th I have been locked down watching every report and checking the feedly feed reader for updates about the story, death has always fascinated me. If I am not watching something on TV about serial killers I am usually stuck reading the fine details behind a celebrity death, like I said it’s always fascinated me and when it comes to the celebs it’s no different.
As I am watching the breaking Michael Jackson news I find myself curious about all kinds of things, I am curious what kind of sales records Michael Jackson will set in death. I am also curious about what’s going to happen to Jacksons three children, I would also love to hear the kind of fortune they are going to inherit. I also find myself wondering what little drug cocktail Michael Jacksons dumb ass doctors might have been feeding him and exactly how those drugs might have contributed to his early death at 50. One of the other things that I seem to be fascinated by is Jackson’s possesions, and even his previous possesions like the Neverland Ranch. Neverland Ranch Video below.

Michael Jacksons Neverland Ranch
What happends with the Neverland Ranch? Whats the plan? The Neverland Ranch is owned by one of Jacksons friends who is a partner in the deal, what do the new owners of Neverland Ranch do with the King of Pops house? I am also curious what is going to happen with the house that Michael Jackson died in, it’s not like they can just go and rent it to someone for a discounted rate of $90,000 per month, hello the fuckin King of Pop died there!
So what happends to Neverland? Does it become the Michael Jackson Neverland Ranch Museum or do they sell it off? Leave a comment and let me know what you think of the future of the Neverland Ranch and the house that Michael Jackson died in, I would love to hear your opinion.

To be honest, I do not know if Michael’s kids will inherit much John… According to a recent post, Michael was reported to be close to 400 million dollars in debt and with assets such as his mansion that he died in like you mentioned and the Neverland Ranch, who wants to invest in either one? Rumors have escalated about why he opened the Neverland Ranch, which we won’t go into because you can’t believe everything you hear, but from most of the rumors, unless you are some multi-billion dollar no name that has enough money to wipe your own ass with hundreds, I do not perceive anyone buying this asset from Michael anytime soon. Now to his house, I believe it would be a better idea to turn his house into a musuem than his Neverland Ranch. With all his multi-platinum albums and childhood, adulthood and lifely belongings, I believe more people would be interested in visiting his house than Neverland. To be honest, it would make a lot more sense to invest in this alternative as well. After all, most people that remember Michael are late teens or adults and with Neverland Ranch aimed at kids, who is to say that these kids even really know who the Pop of hip hop is. Most likely, most do not, but their parents do and I am sure they would be thrilled to take a tour of his house with everything left in it and perhaps a wax replica of the pop start himself. This is just my opinion though…
@Brednan Crawford I think you might be surprised with just how much money Michael Jacksons kids might get, he might have had $500 million in debt but he was worth a Billion. ALso keep in mind that was before he died and his record, dvd and merchandise sales went through the roof.
When the Jackson Five came onto the seen,I was a freshman in college. The sound was new,and he was a great singer ! Along the way I enjoyed his singing and moon walking ! But when he paid off people not to take him to Court for child Molestation charges, he lost this person as a fan !!! So you see not everyone gives a dam about him or his negative 400 million in the hole. I don’t care about his sales,or the monies coming in, If anything it should go to Abused Children.
@kisco_kid in all fairness I have my views about Michael Jackson and the entire molestation charges, which we must also keep in mind he was cleared on 10 counts of, not just one. In regards to the first Michael Jackson case, just because a well known celebrity is being accused of something or pays off a lawsuit doesn’t admit guilt, nor does it mean the accusations are true either. Perfect example, we recently had someone that wanted to take one of the business’s to court, but prior to doing so they decided to hold me to a private meeting at which time they explained their “willingness” to be “taken care of” if you know what I mean, and they pretty much included the last thing I just said too.
Now with that being said, I don’t have MJ’s celebrity or MJ’s money so “making a deal” wasn’t an option for us at that point in time, however had the money been there who knows maybe it would have been worth moving past and not being tied up with. Just something to consider.
Good point John, I did not even think about Michael’s post sales, but yeah man it will be interesting to see how much his kids will inherit. Either way, the Jackson family is loaded and those kids will be in good hands most likely ya know?
I agree. Michael Jackson is worth more than what the papers say. If I have that much money, do you think I won’t be thinking about Swiss Banks where I can hide my money from envious prying eyes? His children are gonna continue super rich lives.
As for the ranch, whoever is left to manage it is surely gonna monetize it. Anything that can siphon in money in the name of Michael Jackson.

@James thank you for taking the time to comment and I am also going with the Monetize it route as well, how could they not. The house he died in instantly is worth more and the Neverland Ranch is synonymous with Michael Jackson, his fans will want a place to go, just like Elvis’ fans.

I think the “DEATH” is better for Michael Jackson, as it was really difficult for him to live here with a lots of pains and stresses.
I voted NO. The museum serves little use for memory. Instead, they should erect a giant statue of him like the Statue of Liberty

@Charles Not sure about the size of the Statue of Liberty, that might be a tad bit large for an MJ statue. Haha
Well according to a post, Michael’s neverland ranch business partner stop funding the project some time ago and unless some billionaire wants to incur the expenses of keeping this project going, chances are, it will be a see saw on whether or not this ranch will even continue to prosper again or even turn into a museum…
@Brendan Crawford Thats one post, you need to consider your sources very carefully when looking into this stuff there’s all kinds of false reports and crap like that. I am pretty sure that your somewhat correct in regards to the funding but it’s not a deciding factor.
1) Jackson’s NET WORTH was confirmed at $230 million – thats “Net” not “Gross” which is better for all the leaches looking to get something
2) Michael Jackson sold a tremendous amount of albums over the years, wait until the first Michael Jackson after death album comes out.
3) Much like Tupac, MJ will generate more $’s dead than he did when he was alive
I guess it’s safe to say my opinion is that there is plenty of money to go around, it might not look like it on the dented outside but I think the inside has green
i believe that michael jackson neverland ranch should become a musuem. this is was one of his creations and i dont think it should be taken away. it should be a place where the fans could come visit and remember him.it will be a pleasure 2 go visit a place he was in and stayed… and 4 the house he died in dey should make that a museum 2.. i dont think anything she be sold or given away unless he wanted them 2.. i truly think they should make a a museum.. i would go if they did..
@Rachelle thank you for sharing your opinion, I honestly believe it will be way too much of an easy fortune to pass up. Money will be the deciding factor in everything that has to do with Michael Jackson, and a Michael Jackson Museum means tremendous net profits for the leaches that surrounded him.
Yeah, It’s right. I think we need to give more respect for the body of the greatest Pop Icon Michael Jackson.
It would be great if Neverland becomes a Museum so that anyone can visit whenever they feel like. Besides whatever the Media reported about him was untrue they just wanted to make money though in the end they destroyed him completely. Pipo would rather believe the Media than Michael what a shame. The Media is so wicked that they can do anything for cash. We betrayed Michael and I wish we as fans showed him more love when he was still alive.
i think both houses are really important, i mean, a house that he built and a house that he rented and died in
. and i really agree with kazi, i for one really wish i treated him well. when we had him to ourselves we did not wan him around now God has taken him from de crowd when a litle luv was a it took now it’s much too late for us to take a second look.
I think it would make a great museum or amusement park, just like it was when he was alive. There is a lot of entertainment history in that location. It would be a shame to waste that by letting it stay a private residence.
