It seems like other bloggers pro bloggers or newbie bloggers are inquiring more and more into what blogs I am reading or enjoy seeing the various blogging tips and webmaster resource blogs that I list from time to time in posts like my Sunday Smash or my latest series, the Weekly Link Dump.
I fired up my Feedly rss feed reader and thought that a few of my blog readers that are in constant search of new blogging tips and blogging information or business related blogs might like to take a look at a few of the blogs in my reader. One of the most important things about being a successful blogger is creating blog networks and relationships with other bloggers, a great way to do that is to see what else is out there.
1. Shout Me Out Loud
Latest Post: Why do you use Twitter? Marketing tool or Socializing?
Shout Me Out Loud was a blog in my feed reader a while back than I moved my Feedly account and ended up losing it in the transfer, I am now back visiting Shout Me Out Loud each time they update. I recently went through their archives and found some excellent information and tools that helped me during my Thesis theme installation.
2. Blugussion
Latest Post: 5 Points to a Successful Blogging Event
This is another blog that I recently found (not sure where) but regardless I am pretty excited about it, not only do they have one of the best blog designs I have seen in a mighty long time, they also provide some of the best blogging tips and Thesis customization tips I have seen.
3. We Blog Better
Latest Post: Introducing a Community Blogging Links Feed
This is one of the newer blogs in my Feedly feed reader, however after reading What I do After I Read a Good Blog Post I just had to subscribe and see if I could fit into the community as a daily reader.
4. Matt Flies
Latest Post: How to Kill a Social Media Expert
After installing the Thesis theme on my blog I decided to search Google and Bing for blogs that had information on how to customize Thesis, Matt’s site not only offers some excellent Thesis information himself but he also has some of the best lists of Thesis resources I have seen. Now that I am a Thesis addict it’s safe to say I will be waiting patiently for new Thesis posts to show up in my RSS reader from Matt Flies.
5. Site Sketch 101
Latest Post: 6 Plugins to Help Grow Your Blog Comments
I commented on this blog for a while than took a break for a few reasons, after a long break and seeing what looked like some excellent interaction between the Site Sketch blogger and the guests there I decided to add it to my reader again. I recently commented on Site Sketch and sent a Twitter message to @sitesketch101 to let him know that my comment was flagged as spam, I also retweeted a few very helpful posts I found there. The blogger was nice enough to contact me back on Twitter @extremejohn and let me know that he approved my comment, we talked briefly and he seems like a genuine nice guy.
6. Blogsessive
Latest Post: 10 new WordPress plugins you might want to test
Blogsessive is another super clean easy to surf blog packed with excellent blogging tips, WordPress plugin information, and business tips for small and medium size business it’s safe to say that I will be active there.
7. This is Just Stupid
Latest Post: No Mold Gold Teeth
This is another blog that is very new in my feed reader, I found This is Just Stupid from a good friend’s site, The Constant Complainer. I like all kinds of blogs and like to break up my constant business related blogs and blogging related blogs with something fun as well as something that I can share some annoyance with, This is Just Stupid has some pretty funny stuff to enjoy. Check it out.
8. Millionaire Acts
Latest Post: How to Overcome Laziness
This is another one of those blogs in my feed reader that I go to not only to break the normal everyday content up that I read, but also to read some excellent business related articles. Millionaire Acts posts interesting facts about Millionaire’s as well as Millionaire Myths and like I said above, information on business.
Most of the bloggers that visit Extreme John on a daily basis know that I a Do Follow, U Comment I Follow blogger that doesn’t mind sharing some link juice from time to time. So far from the blogs above I have seen Shout Me Out Loud comment here on EJ frequently as well as the webmaster for Millionaire Acts, I haven’t seen any of the other bloggers come through and thats completley fine with me because I don’t comment on blogs just looking for Do Follow juice and comments in return.

I’m not sure why Akismet has caught your comments there as spam once in a while. Akismet is rather annoying. I manually review every bit of spam before I ever clear them so anyone, like you, that isn’t spam I’m happy to approve on there.
Maybe you can shoot me an email sometime and let me know those reasons why you stopped following the site for a while. I’d certainly love to learn from you and continue growing and improving myself. Thanks again for everything including the link love in this post.
