I decided to change up my NFL Week 14 Predictions from how I did my NFL Week 13 Predictions, it was taking me forever to get my picks and the betting odds posted with the old format. Those of you that visit my blog each week to see my NFL predictions are probably use to me posting my predictions with point spreads and without point spreads, I have decided to change it up and go off of the betting lines instead of both.
The fact of the matter is that when it comes to making my NFL predictions I hardly waiver from the teams I like or who I think will win regardless of the points, so unless the point spreads are out of control I would have the same picks anyway. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone place any actual cash bets based on my weekly predictions, I am hardly a bookie or betting lines expert. I do it for fun and because most of you seem to enjoy going through my predictions.

Thursday Night Football
» Pittsburgh Steelers vs Cleveland Browns (+10)
Even with the points in this game I just can’t see taking the Cleveland Browns at this point.

» New Orleans Saints vs Atlanta Falcons (OFF)
I didn’t see the New Orleans Saints losing to Washington last week and I don’t see them losing to the Atlanta Falcons either.

» Denver Broncos vs Indianapolis Colts (-7)
Keep in mind I almost always take teams I like on a personal level, I smell a Broncos upset.

» Carolina Panthers vs New England Patriots (-13.5)
I was lucky enough to receive two early Christmas presents with the Patriots 2 week losing streak, that streak comes to an end this week.
My pick: New England Patriots
» Buffalo Bills vs Kansas City Chiefs (PK)
I would really love to see Buffalo lose this week, I can’t cheer for teams I don’t want to see win.

» Detroit Lions vs Baltimore Ravens (OFF)
As much as I love a good underdog it’s just not gonna happen for the Detroit Lions this week.
My pick: Baltimore Ravens
» Miami Dolphins vs Jacksonville Jaguars (-2 1/2)
I had a one week cheering spree for the Miami Dolphins and that ended when they pulled out the upset over New England on Sunday.

» New York Jets vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (OFF)
I’m going to the game, I’m a Jets fan and the Bucs are a train wreck. No brainer here, hopefully..

» Cincinnati Bengals vs Minnesota Vikings (-6.5)
At this point it’s getting tough to bet against Brett Favre, the guy is ridiculous at this point.

» Green Bay Packers vs Chicago Bears (OFF)
Nothing like an old school rivalry to heat up a football filled Sunday. Classic match-up without the classic excitement and excellent game play.
My pick: Green Bay Packers
» Seattle Seahawks vs Houston Texans (-6)
Hardly a game that gets me excited, but I’ll pick on it for the sake of getting this post done.
My pick: Seattle Seahawks

» Washington Redskins vs Oakland Raiders (+1)
The skins lost a tough one last week and the Raiders actually managed to make a game exciting for once, the excitement comes to an end this week.

» St. Louis Rams vs Tennessee Titans (-13)
Here’s another game I won’t be rushing to watch.

» San Diego Chargers vs Dallas Cowboys (-3)
This game should be loaded with some pretty good fireworks, it would have been nice to have this as the Monday Night game instead of the one on tap this week.

» Philadelphia Eagles vs New York Giants (-1)
The Eagles beat down the Atlanta Falcons last week and this week probably won’t be much different.

» Arizona Cardinals vs San Francisco 49ers (+3)
Hardly the game I would pick for the game of the week or the Monday Night game, regardless it will be fun watching the Cardinals stomp the 49ers.

You seem to make your picks like I do. I do not care what the odds are or who I really thinkmay win. I pick according to which team(s) I like and dislike and who I amgoing to cheer for. I gave up betting on sports a long time ago (with good reason)
