I decided to switch up how I do my predictions this week, instead of including points for each game my predictions will now be based on a points free basis, all that means is pick who you think is going to win, points don’t count.

This is a simple one folks, slap a sexy check mark or “X” next to the NFL team you pick to win the match-up. Points do not count in this pool all though they might be displayed so you know who is favored and who is the underdog. Don’t forget I expect a tremendous amount of love for the New York Jets for their beat down of the Patriots last week, NY Jets Baby get it!

Like your picks John. I like that your clear that the Bucs have a terrible team this year. If you don’t mind, vote here to choose which is going to be the best game of this week: http://www.hiburrito.com/en/PollRotation.aspx?IdPoll=801

@Asswass, voted that the Vikings vs 49ers game would be the game of the week, at least so far today.

Thanks for placing the poll I think everyone should vote.

Oops, just seeing this thread now, and the Eagles already won the way a good team should win.

I don’t feel safe picking any of these games, but I think the Chargers are overdue for a serious meltdown, and Miami – for all their problems – plays a very disciplined style of football. I think Miami should come out of that by 10, something like 24-14.

@ashok, And that prediction was a waste of time and space on my part. Oh well, I learned I was wrong.

Miami 13, SD 23.

@ShaunJudy@Blogging Tips, the Saints are playing at a very high level, and perhaps more importantly, their coaches have brilliant game plans. Sean Payton couldn’t have scripted it any better against Philadelphia (!) a week ago.

I will say that I think – and I’m no expert, much less can I call games – that the Saints don’t have the personnel to keep this level of play up. The Bills will be fine, they hung for the Saints for a bit from what I saw.

How about those Bengals? I stopped watching in the third quarter and they go on to upset Pittsburgh. Very nice.

@Steve, I saw the drive where Carson Palmer threw some nice passes against an exhausted Steelers defense to win.

I like Pittsburgh, but I was definitely hoping the Bengals would win: I think they got ripped off by Denver in the opener.
