I looked by in the Extreme John.com archives and couldn’t find any time in the past where I posted my NFL prediction results from the previous week. I have a little extra time this morning thanks to putting in a little extra work over the weekend, so I figured I might as well share my NFL week 5 results with you so you can see how I did before my NFL week 7 predictions get posted.
NFL Week 6 Prediction Results
Correct Predictions (Wins)
- Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Cleveland Browns 28-10.
- Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Atlanta Falcons 31-17.
- New Orleans Saints defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-6. Ouch!
- Houston Texans defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 35-31
- New York Giants defeated the Detroit Lions 28-20.
- New York Jets defeated the Denver Broncos 24-20.
- San Francisco 49ers defeated the Oakland Raiders 17-9.
- New England Patriots defeated the Baltimore Ravens 23-20.
Incorrect Predictions (Loses)
- Seattle Seahawks defeated the Chicago Bears 23-20.
- Miami Dolphins defeated the Green Bay Packers 23-20.
- St. Louis Rams defeated the San Diego Chargers 20-17.
- Minnesota Vikings defeated the Dallas Cowboys 24-21.
- Houston Texans defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 35-31.
Monday Night Football Results
Tennessee Titans defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 30-3.
Wow 8 wins and 6 loses, another crap week. There’s just another reason why you should NEVER go with my NFL predictions, my theory of picking teams that I like vs the teams that I think will win obviously didn’t pay off this week.

The Rams over the Charges was nuts. What happened to Gates? He has been a monster and didn’t do crap against the horrible Rams.
