If I call my cable company and ask them to close my account, it’s done — no conflict or questions. The issue with Yellowbook is that all these people will be out of jobs soon (and the big guys know it), so they have to lock unwilling/unsatisfied business owners/managers into contracts that are of no benefit to them. I’m so angry I could spit!!

I don’t see how negative public comments about Yellowbook can bode well for the company’s prospective clients. It’s not like I consumed a dinner and now I’m reluctant to pay for it. DO NOT do business with Yellowbook unless you’re willing to pay for a service in which you’re displeased or no longer want.

Of course with every national advertising company you will have angry customers who are never satisfied.

Online advertising and print advertising is a completely different game. Yellowbook works not only with yellowbook.com profiles but creates websites, videos and web campaigns that directly impact the SEO and SEM of a business. If you are truly looking for good results from online advertising, then yellowbook is a VERY affordable alternative for small and medium sized businesses that can’t afford to hire a boutique marketing firm to create and host a website for them-while paying close attention to the site’s SEO.

YB has created thousands of websites since the product has launched in April of 2009. These sites WILL NOT have crazy flash intros and pretty music in the background. Why? because Google ignores this. But these sites will be written by trained web content writers and have professional design that will not take away from what is important–your business and services.

Instead of talking about the facts, start looking at the bottom of websites to see who created the site. When you search Google for your next car wash, landscaper, dentist, etc..the top search results is where you will most likely go. Yellowbook can tell you it is their goal to get your business up there in the organic search results and also offer the Pay Per Click option ( links seen on the right side when searching ). Now it can take up to 5 months for Google to recognize a new site on the internet, and there will be tough competition, but you can be rest assured that for a fraction of the price that a marketing firm would charge you, you are getting the same work done by trained and certified web specialists at Yellowbook.

Before you write such a lenghty response trying to justify Yellow Book and how fabulous they are you should at least take time to read the entire post, maybe look around and than realize. I have BOTH of my company names VERY CLEARLY displayed here.

Ike is correct regarding the RCF (remote call forwarding) numbers. They forward to your normal business line and are only published on advertisements you wish to track. Yellowbook provides these for free in most cases and you can also opt in for call recording allowing all calls to that phone number to be recorded to monitor employee performance as well as return on investment.

Fact remains your tactics and customer service abilities are pathetic and if you keep playing your cards right you might stick around long enough to get yourself fired, of course you would probably blame me for that too.

I hope that one day when you grow up and you see what real pro’s are you’ll be much more careful about posing as a “Russian”, or an actual business owner that has done business with Yellow Book, your an idiot… again, regardless if your a male or a female, your a world class idiot.

As far as realizing everyone that works for Yellow Book has a Yellow Book IP address that points to the headquarters, your actually wrong. Do some more homework and realize (like you said) who the pro’s are, as a matter of fact the other Yellow Book moron I called out is local to me with a LOCAL Yellow Book IP, so maybe the fact is that you are some corporate office trash bag that has nothing better to do than comment on people’s blogs all day.

Let me ask you this (I wouldn’t expect a true, honest or even valid answer), but I will ask it anyway.

At any point did it cross your mind that perhaps, just maybe…… You should have used the same energy you used to be a moronic, lieing, misleading, pathetic idiot to maybe try and actually resolve the issue? Seriously, did you consider that maybe offering some knowledge, some advice some intelligence or some of that “PRO” knowledge (hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha) you have and maybe turn a crappy situation into a good one?

Why are you so afraid of commenting in the post that shows everyone just how much of a “Pro” you are or just how excellent you are at what you do?
