I'm glad I'm not the only one fighting with Yellowbook. This has been a disaster since my first billing with the internet program. My web page was never finished, and every one sent me to another department to get help. I paid someone else to do a web page but can't get my $200. back from yellowbook. Bills now are up to $2000. and they won't reconcile or cancel my program.

You call customer service only to get voicemail.

Never again!

<a href="#comment-28296" rel="nofollow">@#foryoudummys</a>,

I "signed" a contract with Verizon, too, but they'll pro-rate me right out of it. If Yellowbook thinks the bad reviews from unhappy customers will keep them in business longer, then keep going. The company knows it's not long for this business world, so it doesn't give a rip who it alienates.

Listen up, don't complain, you retards sign the contract blindly without reading the back. You owe the money, why would you sign without reading and then complain, it says everything you need to do on the back. You sound dumb saying I signed it, but I didn't read it, you could have been selling your first born to slavery. And then you want to complain. Stop calling collections, you don't want to argue with them, just like them don't want to argue with you, "they" get tired of laughing @ you fools anyway.

HELLO ALL I USED TO WORK AT YELLOW BOOK USA IN K.O.P. IN PA.. LOL... We would put people on hold for like 20 minutes. Call there #, tell them we left messages when we didn't. My personal favorate, notate your account with false info stating we called you in refrence to the situation and now your screwed with your account...lol Big meetings were all about stalling and keeping your money. The small meetings we had with select employees were all about how to put off the customer and retain as much money as possible. I worked there for 3 years and learned every stall tactic there was. I was so good at it I was promoted 5 times in 2.5 years. Before I was laid off the company was loosing a lot of money due to the WWW and the ability of people to do there own advertising for free now. We were told to lie to people and tell them they would go to jail if there debt was over 10,000.00 and not paid. We were the real deal on screwing you over and we were good at it. Now the company is going really down hill...LOLOLOLOl

Here's one of my favorite ones. A guy called in and his brother whom had an account was beaten in NY City on his batchlor party night and almost died. Our customer would never go back to the guy he once was. The guy wanted to know what to do on behalf of his brother to cancel the ad's or receive some type of hardship adjustment. So I went to my boss Mrs. Fryburger. She checked the accont and it was a very large account with us. She told me to stall on the account and drag it out till the end of the payment terms. I asked about adjusting the account and she wanted to know if the difference would come out of my check. So I stalled this guy till the end of the contract, no adjustments, made them pay 20k and my boss pats me on the back.

And our lieing sales rep.... OH MAN GOING ON A RIDE ALONG WITH A SALES REP WAS A REAL EYE OPENER! THEY WILL TOTALLY BULLSHIT YOU AND YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY. WHY BECAUSE YOU JUST SIGNED A CONTRACT. SOONER OR LATER THE PROOF DEPARTMENT WILL GET IT RIGHT.... I HAVE TONS OF STORIES.

Have an attorney and think you were unfairley screwed by YELLOW BOOK USA. Contact me via email i may be able to be of help to you..
I HAVE TONS OF THESE STROIES PEOPLE
