Picture Tweets

What could possibly be more fun than tweeting messages to an audience of Twitter followers waiting and hanging on your every 140 character tweet? Well that’s simple, sending picture Tweets to that very same audience of amazed Twitter followers. There are all kinds of Twitter Tools that allow you to Tweet pictures from your desktop or laptop computer, one of the more popular and widley used tools for tweeting pictures is Twit Pic.

As I preped myself to write this article I realized that I have never posted a picture from my computer or using Twit Pic, as convenient as those services may be I really don’t have a reason to Tweet pictures from my desktop, or just have not found a reason yet.

One of the main reasons I have probably been able to avoid using the many picture Tweeting options out there is because I have a Blackberry Curve 8330 which means I get to use Twitter Apps, my Twitter app of choice for the Blackberry is Uber Twitter. Uber Twitter is an extremely easy to install and easy to use Blackberry Twitter app that allows you to update your Twitter messages and send pictures directly to your Twitter right from your phone, basically Tweet pictures. If you have a Blackberry I highly recommend the Uber Twitter app it’s the only reason I can even write an article like this.

Thanks to the extremely fast and easy to use interface of the Uber Twitter app for Blackberry I decided I would share some of my pictures from the previous week that I posted directly to my Twitter account. Who knows if the feedback is good and a few of you like this post maybe I will take a stab at posting it on a weekly basis. I really don’t try to hide the fact that I am a huge fan of Ozona Blue and their amazing grilled Cedar Plank Sea Bass sampler, I have tweeted about it plenty of times before and wrote this rant about one of my visits. I recently went there for a quick lunch so the kids could swim in the pool and we could have a few beers and relax out on the Ozona Blue water side deck.

After leaving Ozona Blue we jumped into the Insane Limos Barbie pink Hummer limo to head back to the house, have a late dinner and do some more swimming in the pool. I was lucky enough to have the chance to pose for this picture with my niece “Beautiful”.

After the pool and a long day of enjoying Ozona Blue it was time for some birthday cake to celebrate the princess’s birthday….. AGAIN! I swear I think my daughter had the longest birthday celebration of all time, it started with a birthday party sleep over on Saturday and stretched until Thursday when we went out to dinner to celebrate at Kobe’s Japanese Steakhouse.

Having English Bulldogs is just as entertaining now that they are somewhat out of the puppy stage as they were when they were full fledged puppies. I can sit around for hours and watch them do just about anything, I can even watch these guys sleep because sleeping Bulldogs can be pretty entertaining. Reagan our male English Bulldog is pretty jealous, just about everything puts him into, “Hey what about me” mode.

Reagan has no problems pushing Kennedy out of the way to try and force getting some attention and stopping her from getting any attention. I had been petting Kennedy’s stomach when Reagan used his Ninja senses and realized Kennedy was being pet, he came flying in the room as I had just finished up, he wanted to make sure I didn’t dare pet her again so he decided to block her. Which is where this weird Bulldog picture comes in to play.

Not really exactly sure where this came from or when I actually developed my strange pool toy fetish that I have going on, but I can tell you that it’s in full effect. Maybe it was the Extreme Tan and Smoothies Memorial Weekend Pool Party that did it. It started with Beach Balls (which we had at the party), the day after the party I decided to shop around online for different pool toys for the pool, tis the season. For some reason I kept heading back to the Beach balls category and had no problem picking out a bunch of different beach balls that I wanted, you would be surprised how many different beach balls there are out there. Needless to say my order never went through because the check out page could not be found (good times).

I also received two more giant beach balls as gifts on Father’s Day, after taking about 30 minutes to blow one of them up I decided to take this picture and share my beach ball fetish with the world, add it to the list.

Before I wrote my How hot is it in Florida article I took this picture while driving home and tweeted it, yes while I was driving I tweeted the picture. Ok not so much while I was driving, more like while I was sitting at one of the many lights I have the pleasure of sitting at on a daily basis.

You know what adds to the enjoyment of a nineteen day straight Florida heat wave? When you see the seven day forecast and you know you have at least seven more days of the same shit you just dealt with for the last nineteen days, more good times.

Continuing my strange pool toy fetish I decided it was time to rip the beach balls out of the pool for a little while and replase the beach balls with something else completley rediculous, ducks. Well that’s not completley true, there’s a bunch of ducks, one turtle, one shark and one dolphin because I felt it was important to have a few odd balls in the family.

I have now taken a stand in my house with the ducks, trying to push everyone in the house to accept the little floaters and welcome them into the community. More like I like how my daughter thinks I’ve lost my mind when she see’s me talking to these things floating around in the pool, actually everyone looks at me kind of weird about the whole thing.

Before I get out of here maybe some of you can help me out with something, I have decided to name the shark some deep mobster name solely based on the fact that he looks gangster, and maybe because he’s the only bad ass in the group. Leave a comment with your suggestions for a name for the shark, make it Italian and of course fitting for mobster. Please be sweet and ReTweet…. Isn’t that cute.
