I can’t remember if I did a blog post or not in regards to getting rid of my Home Office and turning it into a Home Gym. That really isn’t that important but it does tie into this particular blog post, maybe I should call it a rant. When I decided to kill the home office it meant I needed to find a place to put my Oki Laser Printer and my Canon Photo Printer. This really shouldn’t be that big of a deal because we have a computer center that was built when the house was built, it holds two computers and has a large center area for a printer/fax or an all in one machine.

I was able to get the Oki in there with no problem, however when I went to move a shelf into the middle section above the Oki Laser printer I noticed that the inside walls had the holes for the shelf mount clips but where the doors were positioned there is no way that a shelf could be put in the cabinet. Now in my eyes this is the Cabinet company Pro Tech Custom Cabinet located in Port Richey, Florida’s fuck up from when the house was built and they installed the Cabinets in the house. I also realize it’s my own fault for not noticing this way earlier in the game. So I figure no big deal I will accept the blame, give them a call and set up an appointment for them to come out and make it so I can put a shelf where I need to, and pay for it.

It’s now been almost 2 weeks since I called Pro Tech and asked to make an appointment to get an estimate on that as well as another issue from when they first installed the Kitchen Cabinets in our house. I have yet to recieve a phone call back from anyone looking to set up a time to come out and resolve the issues or set up a day and a time for an estimate. I gave them a week before I called back and said anything, when I called back I got someone named Mike who seemed very nice and very willing to get this issue resolved for me. Thats a lot more than I can say about the first chick that I spoke to when I called there, besides being extremely rude she was also short and not very promising in giving a ratts ass about getting my problem resolved.

Even with getting in touch with Mike and a promise he would get someone to call me back as soon as the guy that handled that stuff got back to the office. I still haven’t heard back from Mike, the Rude bitch I first talked to or the guy who is suppose to be the main guy that handles this stuff. I will give Pro Tech Custom Cabinets of Port Richey, Florida another week, at which point I guess I will be forced to call Mark Maconi homes and see if they can get someone to resolve the issue. As of this moment my confidence in Pro Tech and my confidence in the companies that Mark Maconi sub contracts their work to really has yet to impress me. If your looking to get some Kitchen Cabinets or any other Cabinets for your home done, I would think twice before calling Pro Tech Custom Cabinet located at 9100 Bulton Ave., Port Richey, FL 34667 with a phone number of 727-863-5143, but who knows maybe they are great at initial installs, god knows their customer follow up is what truly sucks.

I guess nowadays good makers are hard to find.I’m not talking about being good in designs alone but I’m pertaining with professional character.Designers and makers should interact with their costumers well, we can say that a good designer knows his costumers’ wants and needs.Sometimes they don’t give good service they just leave the matter and leave you hanging, that’s not professional!
I hope it’s fixed now.Anyway you have a cool site!
