Rooms to Go follow up

I know it’s been a little while since my Rooms to Go Sucks Rant so I figured I would give everyone a quick follow up. Now as much as I would love to post in here that Rooms to Blow turned everything around and made me regret everything I said, I would be lying if I told you that.

Fact of the matter is I finally spoke to my first human since my actual rant and that was the Delivery driver from Rooms to Go that came with a replacement recliner . I did get a phone call from the oh so famous Rooms to Blow automated operator…… THREE times in one day letting me know there was a delivery scheduled for Thursday April 24, 2008. That’s all fine and dandy except there is still two problems here, problem number one is that I STILL have not heard from a Manager of Rooms to go, no follow up phone call no, “Hey I set up your delivery for you.” no anything. God that’s great service. The next problem would be the fact that no one approved the delivery time for me, they just set up the delivery without any notice. What if I couldn’t be here than? Have no fear no one called to say when they would be here or were on their way here either, they were nice enough to give me a window of 4-8 assuming I would be home.

I will close the book on this whole pile of shit service from Rooms to Go, it’s not worth my time or energy. Hopefully enough people will read this thing and learn a lesson from someone who has dealt with the Rooms to Blow nightmare of a company.

Oh and to ice the cake the Drivers also were nice enough to tell me they are getting tons of complaints and that broken furniture delivered unchecked was no surprise. Which didn’t surprise me since they put the new chair down, picked up the new one and started to leave when I said, “Ummmm maybe you guys wanna check this one?” especially knowing it’s an exchange for a damaged product. The hits just keep on coming with Rooms to Go, if your brave good luck if your smart drive past them and shop somewhere else.

Thanks for the heads-up on Rooms to Go. I had no idea they were so bad at both products and service. We usually pay a little more (or maybe not!) and deal with our good friends at Heritage House. Unfortunately for you, John, I don’t think they deliver to Florida from Virginia.

I am sure by now that you have cultivated a relationship with a local businessman who values your patronage. I have never had to break bad with someone that I have a relationship with. Win-Win!
