I have written about The Orchidstrators a couple of times before and with Christmas coming around I am sure I will be writing about Leila and her services again. Leila decorated the entire interior of our house last year for the Holidays and it was absolutely amazing!

Recently as most of you know I hired a company to come in and install a Theater room and do some Home Audio and Video upgrades to the house. That company offered to have a custom curtain made and installed and brought all kinds of samples and whatever else. After looking through the stuff I picked what I thought would be good on the room and supposedly the curtain was being ordered. Much like the rest of the install I continued to follow up on the curtain to the point I was tired of asking about it, and just prior to the shit hitting the fan with “that company” it was clear to see much like so many other things, the curtain was something that must have “slipped” someone’s mind.

When I realized the other curtain was something else that wouldn’t get done I decided to call in Leila, if Leila can’t get something done I would be willing to bet the farm that she knows someone that can. Leila has always delivered and always done an excellent job and that’s exactly why I continue to call The Orchidstrators. When I called Leila and she came out to take a look at the spot that needed the curtain I was thinking something black to block out the light and keep the room nice and dark. The Orchidstrators came out did a quick measure and than left with the idea that once Leila found something she would give me a call and see what I thought.

Leila called me back a couple of days later and blew me away with this idea she had, Leila found a company named Daisy Cake that does chain curtains and in the chain curtains you can have designs and logos or whatever else. Leila stopped by a couple of days later after she received a few samples from Daisy Cake, the samples looked kinda crazy but I put a lot of trust in Leila and the results are always excellent. The entire process took about four week from design to proof to approval and completion, pretty quick even for me

You know they say everything happens for a reason and this would have to be another one of those situations where that typical saying just fits right. Someone else’s pathetic service motivated me to call a company that delivers excellent customer service in every single way, every single time. Here is a huge reason why, The Orchidstrators with Leila behind the wheel might not be the largest, most well know, or even the “authority” of home decor and the best part is I don’t think Leila wants to be. What makes Leila and The Orchidstrators so special and perhaps the best kept secret is the fact that Leila wants happy customers, period. I often rip companies for poor customer service or poor follow up but I have to give credit where credit is due Constant follow up and Constant quality right down to the smallest detail is what has me calling Leila over and over. Thank you Leila and the entire Orchidstrators team for being one of those business’s that simply CARES, your customers appreciate it.
