Still watching

Today was a pretty big day for me as well as my Indoor Tanning Salon company Extreme Tan and Smoothies. For the last 4+ years I worked as the CEO, Marketing Dept., Vice President of Operations, counselor and so many other things. This soaked up a lot of the time I really wanted to work on other projects with the salons, the main project being Company and Store Growth.

Today I brought on a long time Co-Worker and Long Term friend to take my place in regards to handling all day to day operations of the salons. This will give me the extra time I want to work on future locations as well as concepts, and I think most importantly it will give everyone at the salons a contact person that is available to them 100% of the time. In recent years and especially growing from 1 store to 3 stores in a short period of time and adding a Corporate Office (while having our 4th location built) has not really given me the time I like to have to have things exactly how they should be at the salons.

Now I will still be around and I will Still be Watching whats going on at the salons, biggest difference is I will have one contact person in regards to everything. I feel confident that Nate will do a tremendous job being a good support center for the stores, bringing in new products, trying new ideas and most importantly working to ensure that our customer service is 110% Satisfaction at all times.

Everyone from the salons that reads my blog, and previous Associates that read my blog as well, I thank you for the hard work and I look forward to working with each of you on a different level. And remember I will still be watching.
