Layered dips rule. The beauty part of cooking this is that you don't really cook! Of course, I like a jalapeno layer also!

I really want that recipe for spicy jalapeno-artichoke dip. That sounds really good.

We use a variation of this recipe for every family event. It is easy to make, easy to dip into, and everyone likes it. We have a few picky eaters that don't do onions, so we use tooth picks to mark off 1/4 of the dish that has no onions in it.

I will get my Sister-In-Law's recipe for her spicy jalepeno-artichoke dip for a follow up article for next week's games. We don't let her come over to the house unless she brings this hot plate dish (always the first empty plate during the big games.) which is perfect for tortilla chips, potato chips, or pita chips.

Congratulations on a Jets victory over the Patriots. Go Sanchez! I keep hoping that some week on Sports Center, Boomer will slip up and call him Mark "The Dirty" Sanchez. That would be a riot.
