Each week I try to post a few links to excellent blogging tips, business tips and information on social media sites that I came across during the week. I do this for a few reasons one of which is to share blogging information with newbie bloggers or business bloggers that are looking to create a greater online presence for their business.
When I first started this series I called it the Sunday Smash, which is basically my version of a mashup for the week and it gives me a chance to spread some Do Follow link luv on to other blogs that I read, in some cases those bloggers are nice enough to shoot me a few backlinks in return. I actively read over 500 blog posts over the course of the week on everything from business tips, SEO tips, blogging tips and of course some excellent blogs on mixed martial arts.

Hey John,
It’s very nice to see extensions finally for Google Chrome. Now all they need to do is come up with a ChromeBug (FireBug clone..) and it would be awesome. I find the chrome built in developer tools to be lacking, even compared to IE.

Not sure it was so much the marketing concept behind it as it was the fact that I can def be a little off the wall sometimes, haha.
I have fun, that’s the most important part about being a small business owner and a blogging CEO to some degree, not every day is a great day but it’s certainly better than it can be.

Not really, I love it every once in a while. Most of the time I hate it, it’s been throwing every comment I make on other blogs into the spam filter, which is craziness because I’ve had this email address forever.
Great post, have you ever thought about writing about marketing via YouTube. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts John as I know you have a video on this blog of a day in your life (I think) so it would be good to find out if you value it as a marketing tool and if so, how best to tap into the YouTube community.
In coming two week, I will start my blog and hopefully feel pleasure to share with you.
