On April 1, 2010 Tanning n’ Smoothies on East Bay Drive in Largo Florida closed after a long run of servicing indoor tanning customers, some of you might remember that I posted information in regards to Tanning n’ Smoothies being For Sale a few months back. Late last week I received a phone call from the owner of Jimmy confirming that the tanning salon would be closing for business on April 1st, Jimmy expressed that he would like to have a solution that would keep his current paid customers tanning.
Those of you that read my blog on a daily basis know and understand (somewhat) just how I feel about customer service and taking care of people, which is exactly why I decided that Extreme Tan and Smoothies would take care of current Tanning n’ Smoothies customers. Over the last few days Mike from Extreme Tan and Smoothies worked feverishly gathering the databases and having them transfered over into our tanning salon software system that way when April 1st arrived we would be able to work with and honor any existing tanning packages that Tanning n’ Smoothies customers have already paid for.
