Sure his speed is down now that he is my age, but take it from me, the last thing you loose with age is strength! I used to arm wrestle professionally, and I can still put away much bigger guys. Its all about tendon strength, balance, technique, and will to win. I see Couture snatching Vera's soul from him late in round two, then i see him rag-dolling the much weaker Vera in round three, with Vera presenting his chicken like neck for a rear naked way out of the fight! I think the UFC learned a valuable lesson about Bispeng when he fought Hendo, he is no where near as good as they make him out to be.
