It’s just about time for Christmas again with UFC 95: Stevenson vs Sanchez this Saturday February 21st from London and FREE on Spike TV. Some of you might want to make a note of that, the fight ill be shown free on Spike TV since it’s one of those London fight cards. I posted the Live Results from Ultimate Fight Night on Spike TV as well as UFC 94 and enough of you read what I wrote that it has encouraged me to have Live UFC 95 Results here on Saturday. Keep the applause down, I am sure your all excited just thinking about my live ufc results but beore we can get there I need to get my Ufc 95 Predictions posted before I start getting text messages about it. Keep in mind, even amist criticism from a few of you writing in….. My MMA Predictions have been on the money for the last two events. So here are my UFC 95 Predictions.
Joe Stevenson Vs. Diego Sanchez – This is an emotional tough one for me, I havent figured out if I am ready to like Diego Sacnhez now that he has lost a couple of fights. Than you have Joe Stevenson who has a bunch of kids and he always talks to them in his post fight interview, how can you not want him to win. Ok enough pay time, let’s get down to some UFC Predictions. Diego has something to prove in this fight and in this weight class, I just don’t see that being enough for a very strong Joe “Daddy” Stevenson. All though I hardly think that this is a lock prediction and I might even change it later in the week, Stevenson wins and I see the excitment being somewhat limited in this fight. I hope I’m wrong. Leave a comment let me know who you think will win this fight or any of the UFC 95 fights.
Nate Marquardt Vs. Wilson Gouveia – Another tough fight to make a pick on but I think Marquardt is due for a solid in win that allows him to showcase his skills, Wildon Gouveia is no slouch and will be no push over for Nate to showcase anything. This will be an excellent fight.
Demian Maia Vs. Chael Sonnen – This is one fight I am pretty excited about, I want to see how Chael Sonnen does in this fight coming over from the WEC. With that being said I will be picking Chael Sonnen with a win in UFC 95, welcome to the UFC.
Josh Koscheck Vs. Paulo Thiago – Ahhh the well hated and underated Josh Koshcheck will be in the building taking on Paula Thiago, not really sure why everyone hates Koscheck and I really dont care. Now his hair, it’s honestly in a class beyond mine (or at least I think) and it offers plenty of pre-fight, in fight and post fight entertainment. On to the fight portion of the deal, “Kos” is no joke and his wrestling ability is still bad ass, he had a bad fight. It’s time for a turnaround. Josh Koscheck wins.
Paul Kelly Vs. Troy Mandaloniz – I wasn’t really sure I was going to make a prediction for this fight than I thought about it and realized this fight should have some fireworks and provide either a good knock out or a good beat down on the ground. Kelly has the ground and pound and Troy is a solid power puncher who can easily end the fight with a big punch. I think Kelly will push for the takedown so he can go to work on ground and pound, which will neautralize Troy Mandoloniz’ ability to throw power punches. Kelly will win this one.
Remember this Saturday I will be posting Live Ufc 95 results. I really would be more excited if the fights were here in the United States instead of London, there is just something I like better about the US fight cars. I just always feel I get a better fight card and a better overall fight telecast when it’s a US based fight card. christmas time again i love it! i agree with most of your predictions but i think the stevenson vs dirty sanchez fight is going to pretty exciting. they both have something to prove.i think dirty sanchez dropping the weight will give him some advantage but if stevenson can make it out of the first round with dirty sanchez. i think he has a good shot at winning. either way it should be fun.
marquard vs gouveia this should be another great fight. marquardt all the way! (knockout of the night)

now as for koscheck vs thiago. it’s no secret that i think koscheck is an ass. i just don’t like him and i have disliked him from the tuf years ago . you are right he has become a bad ass and has proved it his last couple of fights. this is a tuff pick for me. i would really like to see thiago whoop his ass but i think koscheck is on a roll and i don’t think he’s going to be stopped. there i said it koscheck wins. (fight of the night)
kelly vs mondaloniz i am going with mondaloniz.
Yeah Im not exactly sure why everyone hates Koscheck so much but all in all he has been real focused for his last…… as many fights as I can remember. Even in the fights he has lost he still showed excellent focus, composure and athletic ability. Kos always comes in shape and for the reasons I just listed I think he will win, and it’s nice to see you on the Josh Kos bandwagon too.
I agree in regards to Stevenson vs Diego Sanchez, they both have something to prove, they are both exciting fighters also. I just think in some cases the fight styles and level of fighter can cause these fights to be anything but exciting sometimes. I hope your right, I hope it’s an excellent fight however when it comes to Diego cutting the weight if it’s not done right he will be toasted 1:20 into the first right… Fight over, Stevenson wins. Haha.
I like Stevenson. I think it’s cool that you list your predictions on here. I love the UFC.
