Does anyone have any tips on how to handle people criticising a product via social media? I’ve not been in that situation but think its best to prepare for the possibility so that it can be handled effectively.

Social media is a great way to generate offline business. A good friend of mine runs an auto shop and he generates half his business just from facebook via giveaways and other creative stuff.
